Glad to hear you are feeling better and that the bike is working as it should. If you go back to Parker, the China Garden restaurant is great, and both the Early Bird Coffee Shop and the Crossroads Cafe have good breakfasts. Since I like my coffee strong and hot, I've given up ordering coffee with my breakfast because the restaurant coffee never meets my standards. lol.
